We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Per effettuare un reso, invia una mail a gioiellipezzuto@gmail.com indicando il numero d’ordine e il motivo del reso. Riceverai una conferma con le istruzioni dettagliate e l’indirizzo a cui spedire il prodotto.

Imballa il prodotto in modo sicuro, preferibilmente nella confezione originale, completo di etichette e accessori. Spedisci il pacco con un corriere a tua scelta. Una volta ricevuto e verificato il prodotto, procederemo con il rimborso entro 7 giorni lavorativi.
